A camera that demands a monthly plan is not a camera, it is a bill. Everything here records or cools without an account, and the app is optional rather than compulsory. That is the whole selection rule.
Set up in an afternoon
The cameras are installed at the edge of a normal home network and the webcams are tested in ordinary indoor light before they are listed. What you read is what we measured.

Setup and support
Does the camera need a subscription?
No. Local recording to a card works without a plan; cloud storage is optional.
Will the webcam work with my laptop?
All three are plug-and-play USB on Windows, macOS and Linux, with the microphone built in.
How loud are the fans?
Measured at the highest setting in our workshop; the figure is listed on each product page.
What if it arrives broken?
Send photographs within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund it.
