Terms of service

These terms govern your use of easyshelf.shop and any purchase you make on it. By placing an order you accept them. The seller is KAROLINA AUGUSTINAITE, Männiku tee 92, 11215 Tallinn, Estonia.

1. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the dispatch confirmation. If an item turns out to be unavailable after payment we cancel that line and refund it in full within 5 business days.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include VAT where applicable. The price charged is the price displayed at the moment you confirm the order. Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods shown there; we never store card numbers ourselves.

3. Delivery

Processing takes 1-3 business days and estimated transport takes 15 business days. Risk passes to you on delivery. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Right of withdrawal

EU consumers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. We extend that to 30 days for unused, complete items. The cost of returning the goods is yours unless the item is faulty.

5. Warranty and liability

Goods carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our breach, but not for indirect losses such as lost business or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

6. Acceptable use of the site

You agree not to scrape, resell or interfere with the site, and not to place fraudulent orders. We may cancel orders that show signs of fraud.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Estonian law, and EU consumer protection rules apply in addition. Disputes can be brought before the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority or the court of your place of residence.
